Our client a Rotherham based, leading steal fabrication specialist, JP Fabrications, have admittedly always excelled when working with steel, but often overlooked the computer(s) in the office. Until one day, they had just about had enough of spam emails, staff being locked out and the computer “errors” left right and centre.
Their web presence was also in need of an uplift including improve customer contact and experience.
The Solution
Vogal provided JP Fabrications with managed migration to Microsoft Business, along with educating users with new and additional functionality. For added security and reduced spam we implemented Barracuda. We continue to provide our client a 24/7 support service available online, via the Vogal app and telephone.
