Useful information.
Clear ways in.

A town council website serves people with very different questions. One resident wants to read meeting minutes, another needs a councillor contact, and a local group may be looking for funding information. The challenge is to organise those needs without making visitors understand the council structure before they can find a starting point.

Bringing it
together.

We brought the website together around clear areas for the council, the community, grants and funding, and public documents. The homepage gives each a distinct entry point, while local photography and illustrated landmarks give the site a recognisable connection to Denholme.

The document library groups agendas, minutes, annual reports, finance and accounts, and policies into separate categories. Councillor information, meeting dates and contact details sit alongside links to planning and reporting services, giving residents practical routes into the council information they need.
